Sears provided an excellent service technician to repair our snow blower!

Dishwasher had stopped working and controls would not light up. Technician had the experience to know how to efficiently check for the source of the problem and was able to determine it was a fault in the electrical line to the dishwasher rather than in the unit. We were then able to have an electrician fix the issue.
