The F10 error means oven is over heating. The probe needs to be replaced. There are instances were we have had to change the control board also, but because of the age you most likely have a stuck relay on the control board. Also because of the age of the unit the board may not be available. Ebay, Google may find you one. How fortunate you landed on my posting. We have been doing repair for 47 years!! Good luck. FYI we are located in NY so service call charge would be high!!😉
