They were very nice and kept me in the loop about changes with my services but when I left, I had two new warning lights on in my car that hadn’t been there before. I chalk it up to human error as one part had not been connected the way it needed to be and was a quick and free to fix.

Overcharged for replacement part and a mechanic tried to say the problem with my car was something else, when the problem was very obvious, so they could charge me more. Only allowed the mechanic to fix what I believed to be the problem which solved my vehicle's problem. I'm not even close to being a mechanic, but a customer being able to figure out what the problem is better than the mechanic is a huge problem. I recommend going somewhere else where they'll not overcharge you for replacement parts and labor and not try to misdiagnose a problem to get more money out of you

I’ve been using them for the past three or four years, for brakes and oil changes between my 3 cars. Always timely, always excellent service… and their online System for service updates is fantastic to use

Customer service was VERY POOR but the car service was good! I walked in and approached one of the attendant, but he just ignored me and kept staring at his computer. The other attendant did nothing to help. For about a minute none of the attendant said nothing to me - no "hello", no "what can I do for you?"! There was no instruction (e.g. sign post) on what to do. I felt embarrassed! After a while I was attended to. However, the car service I got was good. Thank you.
