Always there to point you in the direction you need to go. If it's from a ticket, warter bill, taxes,birth certificate, fishing license,pro bate they have it all. If not they point you in the right direction. Even basic things that are happening in town on the community to help in on. Go Town of Windham!! Great business hours nice staff.. 😉

Call the town clerks office, they can give you an answer.
Don't know with the holiday. Maybe you could call and see if anyone is in at the public works department? Just checked the Town website and they had a notice that all bulky waste can be brought to the transfer station on all Thurs., Fri. and Saturdays in May. So it looks like they might be.
Parking has been a problem for years in Willimantic. There is a parking lot near the P.O. but it is often full. I do agree that this is something that should be brought to the Town Hall and either addressed to the Town Manager or Town Mayor.
