I ordered online thinking by the time I get to the other side of town it would be ready. It's not. 25 min drive. I waited in my car for another 5 min and then I went in because people are pulling up and coming out with pizzas. I go in to check my order and how crazy that my order isn't ready when I ordered ahead but 3 people walked in and placed an order and walked right out. How does that work?

The total sales tax in Loveland CO on any purchase other than food, service, or certain food items is 6.7% unless there is a PIF/RSF. There is no PIF/RSF at that location, to my knowledge.
Picked up dinner in store last night from the Loveland location - a new sign read, "we deliver for online orders only" but I didn't ask for add'l details! Hope this helps!
Sounds like a specific and local problem, although without knowing better couldn't say for sure. It sounds like the employees are not properly cooking the pizza fully. That's it.
