They saved my dogs life! My dog was suffering from a heatstroke and they immediately went to work. I will never be upset if I’m rescheduled from an appointment from a vet again. I’m sure there were other animals ahead of mine but I believe they knew timing was everything in saving my dogs life at that moment. They had a detailed plan on what to do, and cost within a timely manner. Staff was very knowledgeable and I got updates frequently on his status throughout his stay. As far as cost, it’s an Emergency center… let’s be realistic and just know it’s going be expensive. With that said, I felt he had top of the line care for his recovery process and treatment. I hope no one is ever in an emergency situation with there pet, but I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to take my own here again.

I’m not usually one to write reviews. But when the service is exceptionally good I am happy to. The entire staff were caring as I had to say goodbye to my cat Navi. They explained everything in detail of what to expect and helped me grieve. I will always remember the kindness they showed to my kitty Navi and myself. They put the silver lining on the gray clouds above my head. I will never forget that.

Thank you so much for helping me with my cat, Cookie. Even though she passed that awful night. the care and compassion you showed her and me helped ease the pain. I was very impressed with the way the nurse shielded Cookie's eyes before turning the exam light on and how gently and carefully Dr. Lewis picked her up when she had passed. She lived a nice long life of 20 years with me. I will miss her always.

Today was probably the hardest day for me. I had to make the decision to euthanize my fur baby. The team at Frisco Emergency Pet Care took amazing care of kat in his final hours of life. They ran blood tests and gave fluids to keep him hydrated and comfortable until I could make it back into town from 10 hours away. I am beyond grateful to the staff for being so kind and patient with me while I said my final goodbyes. I will always remember their kindness and sympathy they showed me today.

Is this up front psy

Emerald, I assume the question is “pay.” As a general rule, payment is required when services are rendered. After an exam, one of our doctors will discuss the estimate for care with you. We do take CareCredit, and also have a financing option called “Vet Billing” that allows spacing of payments, but does require 50% down.

Do you have King James the pit bull with chain around his neck, if so how is he doing

He has gone to the veterinary hospital in central Texas that the rescue organization uses, so he is no longer with our hospital. He looked tremendously better, most of his swelling had resolved, and his wounds were treated and bandages before he left on Wednesday. Super sweet boy!
