I’m sorry, I’m not sure who the male employee working for you is, but he is beyond SO rude and unhelpful. We have always loved randomly coming to this store for our dogs needs and treats but one attitude can really ruin your entire reputation. I called because of health issues for my dog - which is obviously a big, emotional deal to my family and didn’t need to be met with an employee acting bothered by having to do his job. I’m not one for bad reviews but seriously, treat people better.
