Scheduled a vaccine here, confirmed it, then they canceled it with no reason given -twice! The Hacienda Heights CVS told me Whittier canceled it because they thought our insurance didn't cover it. It does. They just didn't know how to bill it.

Called for help locating a finger oxygen sensor, sounded like the person that answered the phone had me on speaker & I could barely hear him. I asked twice if he could either speak up so I could hear him or pick up the phone he kept talking & hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

I called the pharmacy to inquire about the basic flu shot and she kept asking me which one. When I repeated the one for over 65 and not the COVID shots then she said they should arrive in late August. Let her know last year it was July and she yea maybe, call the 1 800 number. No attempt to provide service delivery

Supposedly 24 hours CVS store, came at 1:52 AM, Saturday, waited 20 minutes in front of the store hoping that the store associate is probably using bathroom and closed the door, however no response. Couple of more people came and returned disappointed by the closed door. I guess the store is being used as a resemblance of how a 24 hours CVS would look like without giving the real experience
