I'm a frequent customer here. I've never had a bad experience. The only bad thing is having to listen to customer's bring rude to the employees. CVS is doing there very best to assist customers daily. People shopping there need more patience. I feel sorry for the employees sometimes when I'm there. Have some more respect and you'll be given the respect back. Thanks CVS for always working so hard. That includes the pharmacy.

I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. The doctor prescribed two medications but only one was provided by the CVS pharmacist. When I asked the pharmacist about my second medication, she questioned me back in a rude tone, “Do you want your medication?” I responded yes and she told me to go wait elsewhere and still haven’t provided the second medication. This is not the first time that they missed a medication.

If I was able to give the pharmacy a 0 I would! My mother, who is an elderly woman who is diabetic, and has high blood pressure was mistreated by a pharmacy worker name Desiree. My mother had a very unpleasant experience and was not treated with respect. WORKERS like Desiree should not be allowed to work behind that counter! Workers should be delivering excellent customer service, and should approach all there patients in a positive attitude. You are there to help your patients, not to mistreat them, or make them feel humilated. The location for this cvs pharmacy is store #9696 in Whittier CA. On Mills ave. You just lost a loyal customer!!!!!!

The store management actually seem to care about customer service and for the most part the employees are trained well, are professional and friendly. The pharmacy has been friendly and works well in dealing with my family's prescriptions, even with some complicated billing issues, specialty meds, etc. If a tech is new to a certain procedure, they will get the help they need so that I can get my meds and get on with my day.
