The food was tasty, the presentation was nice, the fries were great. The ambiance is spare. I found the huge video screen showing the founder making tofu to be a bit much. He’s going to change the world by making tofu from local soy beans. Does he know that Asian women have been doing that for millennia? Very tech-bro vibe.

So interesting. The restaurant can't order in store. The employee told me they are very busy and I must use phone to order online. I'm not sure it's really busy ,because the place is very empty. I can't accept a restaurant Only use phone to online order. Never come back

When they’re good, they’re great. When they’re busy… you have to wait. The online ordering system generally has a good idea on how long an order will take but I’ve found myself waiting with my food for my coffee to finally be ready… if you need your entire meal quickly try their batch brewed coffee instead of pour over. edit: I am updating my review from 3 stars to 4 stars because the Burlington location has really stepped up their game in terms of production time on orders and great communication with customers. They are very quick to update the menu with available items and remove unavailable items quickly. Burlington is a really friendly location.

As much as I love Clover, unfortunately I can't justify going back after experiencing possibly one of the worst food poisoning episodes I've ever had from eating an egg and eggplant sammich last Saturday. Literally got clammy and puked 4 times. Never again. While the staff that took my order were very kind, it was sad to hear that Clover has been experiencing such high staff turnover. 😢 I really miss some of the old staff. Avoid that sammich though.

I have not seen it there, but a little almond milk, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, sugar, and a tiny dash of xanthan gum powder can get you where you want to go.
Yes. Many.. you can ask them to customize with your choices.
1. Clover states in the food product description that they “toss in a few sprigs of fresh rosemary towards the end of the frying process.,” which I believe means the potatoes are cooked WITH the rosemary (vs garnished). It may be difficult to special order without rosemary if they are precooked in batches. However, when placing your order online, Clover provides a text form field for "Special Instruction"; the form field is visible once you click on the food item of interest. It can’t hurt to request “No Rosemary or Cancel Item, Please”. 2. The Impossible Meatball SANDWICH (NOT Platter), has 3g of Total Sugar. It has 69g Total Carbohydrates and 9g Dietary Fiber. 3. Sugar is in Whole Milk. Cultured Dextrose is also listed under 2%≥ Ingredient List. Cultured Dextrose is a food additive used to extend shelf-life. It's produced through the fermentation of dextrose (SUGAR) with the use of selected bacteria. (?)Clover provides detailed profiles for each menu item online. Check it out!
