Great local hardware store. Very knowledgeable. You don’t have to wander around Home Depot for a half hour trying to find something or someone. They repaired the screens in our apartment and installed them. The windows have to be removed first. They know their products and are there to help you immediately. Their home services are very reasonable.

My window broke during a windy day. I called Mt.Pleasant hardware and they sent the repair man in less than one hour. He did an exceptional job. He was very courteous. I have used Mt. Pleasant hardware many times and always been totally satisfied. I highly recommend this company to you.

I love this place. It's a great local hardware store where the people that work there actually care about what you are doing and have good prices on what you need. The first time I went here I was on my bicycle, and the guy came out and told me to leave it in isle 1, as he didn't want to see it get stolen. Try getting glass cut at a big box store. Here it was $6 for a piece of glass, cut perfectly to the size I needed. And another $9 for some other supplies, and I was able to fix the window in my front door with some advice from the folks that helped me. I saw some other comments about the folks that work there being rude. Be advised, this place is old school. The folks that work there have a brash sense of humor. As long as you're OK with that they are very helpful!
