As a first time customer at this rink, I felt as though the staff as a whole was not welcoming, professional, or kid-friendly. Hoping management staff will address this issue as soon as possible. Engagement with staff is required upon entering the rink, getting skates & helmets, reserving the penguins, & when questions arise. There were different staff members at each of these locations and each one of them was as described above. It was very disappointing especially since ice skating is typically done with a significant other or one’s family/children. I am also surprised that in order to use the penguins there is a $10 and some change fee PER child. Other rinks that I have been to prior to this one include the “penguins” for children use in the cost of admission. I wish this to be incorporated in the cost of admission in the near future or lowered to a more suitable fee, especially when families have more than one child. On a positive note, ice skating in the middle of the city was a beautiful experience for my family and I. The rink was well-lit and safe.

Great place to ice skate or rent bumper cars! Check the reservations early for the bumper cars bid you can walk up to ice skate most days. Always a great time.

Fun outdoor rink in the middle of the city. Be sure to buy tickets online ahead of time. It was pretty busy on the ice. Very affordable for an activity in the city. We got skates sharpened and they were great. The people in the skate shop very helpful.

Fun day on the ice learning how to ice skate with the family. Rental boots were fine, staff was friendly, lockers available for rent (under $4), and we had 3 hours to enjoy ourselves.

If you're referring to the ice skating, opening day has not been announced yet. Check their website for updates
As far as I know they still are until the end of the summer season.

You know... reporters, journalists, news men and women. They report stuff, keep us up to date on current events. Some push certain agendas, others report from a neutral stance. They have certain rights guaranteed by the constitution.... that's all I got
I'm not sure what your asking about the rink. If your referring to the barriers, then yes they still have them.
Go to the alx and ony center website and look it up us lockles really dont go there
Adults $7 Children, seniors, military $4 Skate rental $6 Lockers $3 (+$20 deposit, you get it back when you return the key) Check the website for more info and call to reserve bumper cars
Just go and pay. Just remember if you rent skates they'll hold your shoes, if you bring your own you have to rent a locker $3+$20 key deposit (you'll get back the $20 when you return the key.) Also, with the warmer weather be sure to check the ice to make sure it's not a puddle.
When my bf called them they said they have up to size 14 adult mens
Skating is free from May thru August
None on premises. We parked a block away at the Biltmore Garage. It was expensive but convenient. The Providence Place mall is 0.4 miles away and offers two hours of free parking but obviously, you need to be there during mall hours.
Due to the bus station being right smack dab in the middle, you will have to find parking along the outer edges of the street. You will wind up driving around in circles until someone leaves depending on the time of day you are trying to park.
Ice skating is about $8 plus $6 skate rental for 2 hours
