I remember years ago bringing cars here and the tint job being perfect,NOT ANYMORE,dirt everywhere under the tint,cut Mark's in the rubber around the window. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS GARBAGE.ill be going to MINTYS.

Last year I had my SUV tinted at Ralph’s and I asked that they tint it to the legal Mass limit. It passes inspection last year but I was rejected this year due to the fact that Ralph’s tinted my windows 20% not 35% like I asked them to. When I called to inform them I was unhappy with what they had done they basically told me it wasn’t there problem. I am a long time customer of theirs and you can guarantee I will be taking my services elsewhere moving forward. The gentleman I spoke with stated they have their customers write down on a piece of paper their phone number and the tint of their choice, which is a joke! I have never been asked to do this after having 5 different cars tinted by them. It’s great how they lack the customer service to rectify the problem. 👍🏼
