I accidentally put the wrong review here! I apologize! We stopped in to visit the Flea Market on Sunday. I absolutely loved seeing all of the local shops, crafters, and vendors selling stuff they made and love! I purchased a magnet here, my daughter selected some nice handmade earrings, and we got some treats also! It was a nice like market! I wouldn't consider it a flea market personally. But I don't really know how it would be categorized... Either way, I definitely recommend anyone in the area to stop by. You can tell all of the vendors are truly passionate about their products.

I write this review from both a vendor’s perspective, as well as a shopper. I own a one-woman silversmithing business and have been doing artists markets for a few years now. I was drawn to selling my art this way because of my love for attending these types of events. I’d happily spend my weekend browsing through arts and crafts, antiques, and handmade beauties while eating from the window of a food truck. Though smaller because of COVID, you can still do all of those things at the Providence Flea! From a shoppers’ perspective there is plenty to see. It’s not a Brimfield all day affair, but nothing is right now! The Flea has a great variety of vendors… really something for everyone and in every price range. It’s set up and managed well and you can feel comfortable strolling knowing that the Flea folks are doing everything possible to minimize risk. As a vendor, this market can’t be beat. The folks that run this market are top notch. I’ve never felt as heard, appreciated, and more of a sense of community at any other market. Things are not as they were pre-COVID, so an adjustment of expectations does need to be considered. Have I made more money pre-COVID at markets? I sure have. But from a business standpoint, and let’s face it, all us vendors have bottom lines, this market is consistent. And that is key. Also, often times markets are a one and done… so you don’t get to know anyone and work with people on a consistent basis. It’s been a real pleasure doing several of these markets and getting to know everyone. Maria and her staff are very organized, open to suggestions, and really care about the community work they are doing. This year has been so tough for everyone… small businesses have been hit HARD. What Maria and the people at the Flea are doing is so important right now! Bringing community together, creating some normalcy, and giving artists a space to sell their work and put food on their tables. Think about supporting the many businesses that come together to make up the Flea by shopping small this holiday season!

As a vendor AND a customer I give the Providence Flea 5 stars. They are great supporters of the community and it's small business owners.

Very diverse vendors and selection. Creative and crafty items! Food vendors we good as well. Not as large as I expected, would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Not at the outdoor flea. The indoor one at farm fresh does on Friday night flea/Witches night out market. The outdoor flea on Sundays fas a beer garden set up outside across the river from us. It's a local brewery. Plant city across the street also serves drinks!
Hi there, Thanks for your interest in the Flea! Prospective vendors can complete an online application at any time on our website at the link found online here: http://www.providenceflea.com/market-info-application.html. Please note many of the markets through December are already sold out, so availability is limited. If you're accepted you'll be eligible to join the waitlist for current markets, and for markets beginning in the new year without having to re-apply. We don't accept sales reps or multi-level marketing org reps, or anything mass produced. If you can't access our site please try on another device. Vendor booth fees differ according to size and permits depend on a vendor's merchandise. More info on both available on our website. Let us know if you have any questions after reading over this info!

Parking is free in downtown Providence on Sundays! Plenty of parking on surrounding streets within a short walk to the Flea.
Typically yes, but with all the rules now a day, not sure. Sorry
Not that i am aware of.
Free on street parking on Sunday’s. And a pay lot across the street (not managed by us) for $6.
Hi Corey! We've had over 500 vendors come through the market since last summer! Can you provide a few more details such as was is it a male or female vendor, what date (or month) approximately you visited the Flea, and what the jackets looked like more specifically? With a few more details we may be a able to track down the vendor. Thanks, #pvdflea
No. A majority of the people in the market are artisans, there is no one who sells any kind of living thing.
