DO NOT buy a car from this place. Not only are they overpriced they do not service their cars before put out on the lot. I was sold a car and a month later the entire transmisiion seazed up, the heater went out, and all windows quit working. The month after that i had to put in a new starter, now im at the mechanics again replacing the transmission and motor mounts because they are slipping and causing the entire car to jump and have issues chaning gears.

My family and I have been customers for over 10 years, and ever since the new management team took over, their customer service (other than Melony) went down the gutter. The maintenance program is a joke, every time they "fix" an issue another one seems to occur and they won't even touch your car until they get paid, I have a Toyota Camry sitting there since December (almost 6 months now)waiting for an engine to be replaced, they won't even consider putting it in unless I fork out $5k, and yet expect my payments to be on time. The cars they offer you are trash unless you fork out more $. I highly recommend going to another place, this place isn't worth it.

I do not recommend; this place is terrible I currently have a car from them, I’ve had my car every Spit of 4 months and every month I’ve had to get an oil change as well as my engine light has been on. They do not fix the issue The just turn your engine light off all for you to drive home and it pops back on. I do not recommend pinellas park location. They are terrible and talk to you any kind of way; oh and your payments are to be made the day it’s due or your account will go into default and they will come pick up your car they do not work with you at all rather you communicate with them or not!!!
