We have found that this is a toxic unsafe atmosphere full of busybodies with nothing better to do. My son was viciously attacked by knife point by a drunk tenant and then blamed for a faulty elevator that we had absolutely nothing to do with. I definitely would not recommend this place ! This has been a very disappointing experience.

Great place , friendly people and plenty of things to do around there, plus the food is great as far as like a casual type ,sandwiches, burgers, etc.full liquor bar etc.fun place.

No. It is not a gated community at this time. Office is in the 1st building on the right.
There are various different phases. Each phase has has different maintenance fees
Minimum 90 day rentals allowed. One of the pluses about owning there, no short term or weekly rentals allowed. It's a great location.
