No this is a very elite restaurant they will not allow outside alcohol
I would say no as it is very upscale. We liked it but didn't feel it was worth what we spent. We would go to Saltgrass over Del Friscos. Much cheaper and just as good if not better.

We were there last Sunday. There were a couple of men wearing shorts and a polo shirt, but they were very out of place. Shirt and the or a sports coat is highly recomended!
It really depends on what you are looking for. The steaks are priced anywhere from $50 on up and very well worth it. My definite "go to place" for the best steak in town!
