We were sideswiped right before Thanksgiving 2021. We're new to the area and did a lot of research to find the right body shop (wish I could say the same for our builder -Lennar- and pool company -Holiday-). I digress...Jackson and two others made our short list. I visited and spoke with each, not seeking an estimate, just to meet them. Each company had great reviews online, auto magazine worthy photo galleries, and all claimed to work with insurance. After meeting Jackson, he was hands down the right choice. I felt we were in good hands and that he would stand behind his work. He didn't disappoint. Jackson made MTGA (My Truck Great Again)! Once completed, I inspected the repairs from the front bumper to the read quarter - it was a mirrored finish! You could never tell we had been hit. I couldn't have asked for a better repair! Better than I imagined! He even finished ahead of schedule despite anticipated parts delays! I will use him again next time!

He answered my questions during several phone calls, worked with our insurance company to make the process as seamless as possible for us and managed our expectations well as it did take some time for them to receive the correct parts (due to shipping delays). Within a very reasonable length of time and for a fair price, my Mini Cooper convertible was repaired to look exactly like it did pre fender bender. Workmanship was perfection at its finest. Had painting done and dings removed on a previous BMW about 15 years ago at their shop and quality was 5+ at that time.
