They carry about two sodas that are on the menu. Who the hell charges for sauce? Place is a joke and only gets by because there is limited options for drive thru. Go to the McDonald's near the Star market (never the only near Staples).

Stop charging people for sauce because I definitely went behind the counter and just took some anyway. Had to wait for new fries because the ones they tried to sell me were cold and stale and then they thought they should proceed to make me pay for sauce after the trash customer service. Also left all my garbage right there for them to clean up. Got the right one today

Ordered sausage, egg, and Cheese on biscuit. Let’s just say a couple of hockey pucks would have been softer than the biscuits i was served. Disgusting terrible

Came to this place 3 hours before closing, lobby was closed. Not just for dine in, closed as in completely locked. Can't get into the store. Me and my friends, with no car, try to order on drive thru. Worker proceeds to tell us that if we don't have a car, we can't order. So we're there, in the cold, unable to order inside OR outside. We had to order on the app and then pick it up at the drive thru window. The manager at night gave us an attitude like it was our fault that they have this idiotic policy. Will not be coming back.
