Completely blown away by the quality work this shop did for me. I brought in custom mechanical keyboard case to paint, and they accepted the job right away. Working with their staff to color match and discuss different powders was a breeze and truly professional. For a one-off custom job with high tolerances they blew me away with the quality and attention to detail on this finished pieces.

Great bike shop! Really fast, professional, and kind! I use my motorbike to get to work so I was anxious to get it back quickly from a shop. I called ahead and asked the repairman how long it would take to get 2 tires changed and he gave me a window that wasn't too bad, a couple of days. He was upfront and told me if the bike needed heavier repairs, I'd need to wait because the shop had a ton of bikes they were currently working on. The bike was returned to me before the original window- so fast! I called the next day about another issue I noticed with the bike and Zach was patient and kind as he explained I could still use the bike and should bring it in for the non-essential repair once the summer rush had died down. He advised me when to drop the bike off again and they will DEF be seeing me. Lovely guys who work there, and excellent service to my bike! 10/10 would recommend!

After finding Pike Powder Coating online and reading all the positive reviews, I hired them to power coat some sway bar brackets. I highly recommend them. They are friendly, communicative and the end result was top notch!

Zach and Adam (the 2 guys who run the place) are great people. What's not readily apparent from their website is that they're competent moped mechanics as well. I've never used their powder coating services, but Zach has repaired my mopeds several times, all with great results, so that's what this review is for. He'll work with you to diagnose issues, talk about concerns, and check-in with how you want things. Turnaround time is pretty great too. This is a spot you need to know about if you ride a moped around Boston.
