He's a real asset to the store, I couldn't ask for better customer service. Will definitely keep coming back.

The gentleman who greeted us when we entered the store (the manager, I suspect) was so helpful in guiding our decisions. Our 8 year old granddaughter is very interested in art and quite talented. With his advice, we selected a large range of items to form a foundation for her interest and classes (from paints, brushes, a palette, easel, palette knives, variously sized canvas panels, different mediums). It felt so good to purchase a really meaningful and life enhancing gift like this for her. The store is beautifully stocked with art supplies and seems to have a vibrant framing business. Highly recommended.

Their selection of supplies is fine, but the reason for my review is to report that the store is only accessible via a set of two steep staircases. It is completely inaccessible for someone who uses a wheelchair or another type of movement accommodation. I find it unacceptable and discriminatory that they do not have a ramp or elevator at the Norwalk location.

I came here for help choosing oil paints yesterday. I don’t have much experience with oils but luckily I was directed to the manager, Patrick, who helped me choose supplies while staying within my budget. He was very knowledgeable and patient, didn’t try to upsell me and I will definitely be back for anything else I need in the future! (They also seem to have good sales and prices in general- I bought drawing paper here and it was somehow considerably cheaper than the same product on Amazon.)
