after reading everybody's post, you'd think it couldn't get any worse, well the package I was left without cost me my job after 3 days of nonstop misery chasing these genetic mishaps throughout the state. Eventually my supervisor's told me not to waist anymore company time, with the ordeal and he'd just have to do the funeral proceedings without his wife's ashes. Needless to say my presence was also no longer required. Happy Holidays. they probably assumed the high value coverage and costly urgent service must be hiding something worth putting under their xmas tree. Everyone lost. It's been months since The situation described above. I didn't get a chance to further update a couple days further into this process I finally got one of the most helpful drivers on the phone but the name of Justin. Justin shared it with me his whereabouts specific time to cross paths and most importantly made certain that I finally received my parcel. Wow by that time it was of course too late to satisfy the urgent requirements, just in had absolutely no bearing on the mishap only everything to do with finalizing a situation that seemingly could have been avoided altogether had I been connected to someone like him initially he deserves five stars himself. I also of course make sure he was further compensated for his efforts and aptitude thank you Justin.

Absolutely ridiculous their pick up schedule for packages, for customers. They close at 4pm weekdays. So lazy...

UPS is trashhh. I found out that I had to pick up my package myself, not even through ups... you guys literally suck… it’s sad 😭🚮. DROP THIS DELIVERY SERVICE ALL TOGETHER YA’LL!!!

I ordered items from an online vendor (pants, motocross gear, and non toxic / non dangerous items) whom I've ordered from many times in the past. The vendor split the order into multiple shipments. I received 3 out of 4 of the boxes and was waiting for the 4th shipment. It said on the tracking site that it was held at this UPS location and they would schedule a time with me to come pick it up. It remained in this status for about 7 days. I called the customer service number multiple times and the robot kept saying that I should be expecting a call from UPS within the hour. This went on for two days. I finally had to demand a representative from the robot, which it connected me to, and the representative put in an "urgent" request to this facility to schedule a pickup. I didn't get a call back to schedule a pickup that day, and all of the sudden today (3 days later) I check the UPS website and its getting returned to the sender. I tried calling the customer support line again, and the robot refuses to connect me to a representative because it's in transit. I'm going to go out of my way in the future to have packages shipped with a different shipper. There was no reason to have to go through this especially when all of the other packages were delivered without a problem. When I called the vendor they could see that the reason it was returned was because of an invalid name of recipient, which is definitely not the case.
