Received a bad opinion about my sewing machine from this shop. First, was given an attitude because it was bought online and not from this shop. Second, after attempting to test run the embroidery and troubleshoot the machine was told that these machines that are bought online usually have issues and aren’t worth keeping. It was suggested that I return my machine and purchase a new one through this shop. The owner didn’t want to work on my machine because it wasn’t under warranty at her shop. Was also told that my threader was broken and I should get it replaced. I was really upset but didn’t make any quick decisions in the moment. Instead I found another seller in Milford and they happily looked my machine and only charged me a diagnostic fee to fix it. Also, the threader works just fine! I had high hopes for this shop initially but overall terrible customer service and definitely would not come back.

Beware! Kids masks are massive. I only bought one because I wanted to try before stocking up, smart decision. She's 4.5 and the "kids" size is over her eyes. The lady working was so, so rude throughout our whole visit, even swore in front of my daughter and response to mask size was "she'll grow into it." Take your business somewhere else!

Lots and lots of bright fabrics. Unfortunately, I was shopping for more traditional colors and styles today. Someone who wants to make baby quilt will be in heaven. Lots of ideas, kits, and not too tough on the wallet.
