QR Code Label” -Amazon instructions Original post :First UPS to tell me I need to PAY for packaging for an amazon Return. My order was packaged in a large box with other separate order. Im not going to pay for a new box to return when amazon tells me I can get a free ups drop off. Ridiculous. They will also charge you $2 to PRINT a label. Ive never had a ups ask me to pay for that before

This UPS store has a low rating and it is well deserved. Something as simple as sending a boxed and taped package can become a complicated 20 minute endeavor. The associates who work there are unhelpful and slow. I just moved to the neighborhood 3 months ago and this particular UPS location has lost 4 of my shipments. Your experience is guaranteed to never be efficient or quick. Save yourself the frustration by keeping your shipping receipt, but better yet, go to a different location or ship via FedEx. I gave this location multiple chances to be better, but it never lived up to expectations set by other UPS stores. It gets 1 star ONLY because 0 is not an option.

My husband came to this location at 6:15pm on 08/25/2022 they don’t close until 6:30pm. He had to mail off important documents and get the documents notarized when he walked in he was behind 5 other customers so when he got to the front to be assisted they took 20 minutes to notarize three documents because the worker was inexperienced and the owners wife was huffing and puffing and gasping for air the entire time and had the audacity to tell him to come back tomorrow because it was 6:55 pm. Horrible customer experience, I would recommend the owner not have his wife in there past 5 pm because she obviously ready to get home instead of serving the customer that bring you business…this is the reason they have a 2.4 score in reviews.. even though it is convenient to go to this location. My family and I won’t spend a dollar at this location.

The owner there is the absolute worst. Avoids any extra help, and displays no kindness or concern for customer service. It’s all a money game to her.

They do not have a fingerprinting service at this location even though on the Cogent Systems website, they have them listed. Cogent is not doing a good job updating that information. UPS Store 3819 has a walk in service there.
Hey Pete, I recommend taking the tracking number in to that store. If you physically shipped it (paid for a tracking number that starts with 1Z97465V) from that location, they can put in a claim if the package is still missing.
