Avenues Recovery in Dublin, NH was the most incredible, life changing, 8-week experience of my life. This is due 100% to the staff. They are the most professional, educated and caring people that I have ever met. If you truly want to quit your addiction, this is the place you want to go. Thank you again to each and every person who works there for contributing to the better life I am living now, but especially to Lacy. Be well, David

At first, as most naturally are, I was skeptical of this facility and reluctant to give it my best efforts. It was a constant struggle to put forth a valid attempt because I had been to many rehabs before. Because of this I was comparing instead of identifying with my peers and staff. I have been in and out of programs for the better part of a decade, so needless to say, I have been around for a few "cups of coffee." Once I opened my mind up and took suggestions and worked on assignments from my counselor, I began to see and feel the change come over me. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my recovery. I feel very grateful and privileged to have had this opportunity for growth. I would recommend Avenues to anyone who is struggling with a substance abuse disorder. I myself also struggle with other cooccurring illnesses and the curriculum that is covered at Avenues helped me to understand my dilemmas much better. This is only 60 days. If you are struggling please reach out. Two months may seem like a long time but if you give it your best effort; it's 60 days to prepare you for the rest of your life!

Very poor communication with incoming residents. My son was released from correctional facility and waited SEVERAL hours (4)to be picked up by rehab van. He was given specific times for pick up. We called facility several times and left messages to return calls. NO RESPONCE! I brought my son directly to rehab the next morning. A two hour trip. They had given his bed away and would not admit him. We were greeted by a rude woman who walked away from us. The exterior of some of buildings were distasteful. Things happen for a reason. My son wanted rehab so bad he got on phone and was accepted to another facility the same day. Very happy with admitting and evidence of caring by the facility that accepted him.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding telephone access at Phoenix House Dublin. There is a pay phone which residents may use for personal calls, except when they are in treatment sessions. If a resident receives a telephone call through the administrative office, we give them the message and they can return the call using the pay phone. I hope this helps!

Hello Alicia, and thank you for your inquiry. Residents at Phoenix House Dublin are provided with pay phones, from which they can make calls. The only time restriction is that they cannot make calls during group counseling sessions. However, there is usually a 10-15 minute window between groups when they can make calls. Please don't hesitate to be in touch if we can provide further information.
Hello Samantha, and thank you for your inquiry. Patients at Phoenix House Dublin can make calls (using the house pay phones) any time after they are admitted. If you require additional information, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Hello Jessica, and thanks for your inquiry. Once your fiance has been admitted to Phoenix House Dublin, he will meet with a counselor, who will arrange for you and your children to visit at a specified time. You will be contacted by the counselor to set that up. We wish you and your family all the best!
Hello Maureen, and thanks for your inquiry about transportation to Phoenix House Dublin. Unfortunately, there is no public transportation to the facility from Manchester. However, patients on Medicaid who travel to PH Dublin by taxi or Uber can be reimbursed for the expense. I hope this helps!
Thank you for your inquiry. You may send a package addressed to him at: Phoenix House Dublin, 3 Pierce Road, Dublin NH 03444. The Post Office will leave a slip at the facility, and staff will pick it up. Your son may then open the package in the presence of a staff member. I hope this is helpful. We wish him a good recovery.
Charlene, thanks for your inquiry. The address: 3 Pierce Road, Dublin NH 03444, is correct. The Post Office will leave a slip at the facility, our staff will pick up the package, and the resident will open it in the company of staff.

Not true, you are almost better off having no insurance and getting state assistance. It has been my experience that many rehabilitation centers help those without insurance to receive it through the state or they have funding available for those that are not eligible. I have private insurance but my deductible is steep and my insurance is not in “network “ with most places! It’s frustrating for us all but don’t give up!
