The drive on my mower wasn't working. He said it would take a couple weeks. Two months later he still didn't have the parts needed. I finally got tired of waiting and took it home. He charged me 60 dollars for doing absolutely nothing! He said it was because they had to take it apart and put it back together.

Our snow blower died on the very first snowstorm this year and it was too old to fix. I researched some snow blowers (reviews and prices) online and then headed over to a local place, Caola's, that my husband had heard good things about. It was already December, after getting some decent snow, and this place not only had a number of snow blowers in stock but was also still running a sale ($200 off the price I found listed everywhere else). We bought it and were able to schedule delivery for drop off within the following week. They also took our old snow blower away. Great little business!
