I am so thankful for my service techs Claudio (#8528) and Ismael (3899) in helping me solve this nightmare situation where sewage backed up in my bathroom and flooring. They were on the scene in less than 1 hour and were very professional the whole time. They communicated well, and assured me they had taken care of everything. Guys were very professional. I had a sweet line clogged and the fist guys could not get it clear y snaking it. They did not charge me. They called another technician to bring out a water jet and he got it cleared in about an hour. Both crews were very nice and professional as I said earlier. I was worth mentioning it again

Duanne was very professional and had a great attitude. This was great considering the time of day he came rondo the repair. It was late evening around 9pm. He explained the job and what could cause the issues I was having with the pipe backing up. He mentioned my name from the beginning, this is great customer service. People like me appreciate this. I am grateful to John, Sam, Larry and Izzy for coming out and diagnosing my sewer problem as quickly and professionally as they did! It didn't take them long to diagnose what was causing the backup and they got a crew out as quickly as possible and were able to replace the clay pipes and install a bigger cleaned out so that a larger blade could go through the whole piping and cut out any other roots that we're starting to come through in other areas. And that will buy me some time thankfully! I am very pleased and would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and these four gentlemen anytime!
