Ana, its $10 per month. They charge it monthly. If you want to sign up to bring someone with you its $20 a month. I dont believe they charge by the day. That might be something you will have to call and ask or even check out their website and see what they have to offer. You cant beat $10 a month.

They don't have yoga classes there. They have mats you may use for stretching but, if you're looking for classes, you're better off going to a dedicated yoga studio.

This place is open 24 hours Monday-Thursday and 7am - 7pm on weekends. Since you've been a soccer pro don't expect for a real workout. There are no squat racks, Dumbells only go up to 65lbs and a few number of smith machines but it gets the job done. Good luck with your workout.
