Best times preferably between 11p-noon
It tends to vary. What I do is go to Google and type planet fitness near me, I then click on the one I want to go to and look at the chart to see when it is least busy. Hope this helps
The great thing about planet fitness one is open 24 hours second is never too busy for not to have a great workout. At 8:00 am is better than after 5:00 pm in my personal experience
I mainly use the treadmills and never have a problem with crowding.
