I would avoid this place at all costs. I had to come back 4 times to get one thing done to my car. The first few was lack of communication after waiting around for over an hour to tell me my parts were damaged in shipping. Second time they couldn’t get me in due to time constraints. Third time, they ran out of time and the streets was “too busy” and rescheduled me for final time. Every time I go in there I talk with someone new and they don’t seem to know what was promised to me last time. Everyone says anything to get customer out of their face but fail to produce any real results. Very disappointed

The installer Mr Wesley was respectful, well manners, helpful and friendly, His job and advice was excellent, he do excepcional job, the crew of Safetylite office was nice, wells practice and offers me coffee, te, a bottle of water. They offer a professional job , experience, adviser and care of the person , like a guest, customer or home visit

I have to bring my car twice the first time after I make the appointment I came on time and they forgot a clips that it have to be ordered with the windshield, I told with the manager about the situation, she say they don't make the orders but the technician knew that they have to ordered the clips, I am a veteran with disabilities on a wheelchair and is difficult with my limitations driver for over an hour and showed up to appointment and then have to leave because they didn't ordered all pieces, today for the second time came back at time and make me wait for 20 minutes waiting for technician to take my car back and start with the work, the shop just have 2 persons waiting. Bad management and attention to detail.

So, a rock hit my windshield on the highway😥no worries, my Insurance with Liberty Mutual booked me a super fast appt with Safelite. I read the instructions on my appt email. Arrived early as instructed, no wait to check in my vehicle, the tech came right out and looked at my car, I was told 3 hours, no problem...I was prepared to leave my car and use Uber to get back home. I went home, started eating my lunch, and to my surprise, Safelite called 1 hour and 30 mins later and said...you are all done!!! Communication was great! Professional staff! I am pleased! And my Baby has a nice new windshield!!! Thanks Safelite!
