Would Give them 0 stars if i could, completely unprofessional and rude. i worked with multiple ladies and they lied about everything i asked, told me different rent pricing and never answered the phone.

A/C unit has been broken off and off every month since moving here. I am now sitting in a 77° apartment with a thermostat set to 70° and outside is 64° with a newborn that is getting warm. I called the complex when no one came out after having put in a work order last night and was told maintenance has already left for the day and no one will be sent out because "its going to be getting cooler" (not expected to be less than about 57° tonight) but we can call emergency maintenance if it doesn't get better. So we call emergency maintenance who now says they will not come out because it's too dark but they had been talking about our issue in the office. They know we have a baby because we told them. They know we have an ongoing problem. They know the problem is currently happening. And STILL have chosen to not help. All after having shoddy plumbing that flooded our apartment just a month ago. Save your sanity and move some place else because these people don't actually care about their tenants.
