I ordered the new Honey Hot and they must of forgot to put the honey glaze on my wings because they were dry and only tasted like the dry rub. That was highly disappointing since I loved them from a different location and wanted them again by my house.

I love visiting this Wingstop! My order is always right, timely and fresh. Customer service is awesome as well!! Would definitely recommend this location.

I placed an order through Door Dash and my driver waited over 30 minutes for my order to be prepared. Wingstop then told the driver that someone else had picked up the order already. I called and spoke to the manager and was very polite to him. I requested that our order be remade and given to the correct driver since it was their mistake for not checking that the orders were being given to the correct drivers. The manager told us no and that we would need to call Door Dash. I told him that it was his mistake for not checking and confirming to which he then hung up on me. He had also given me two different names, so it was either Juan or Alan. He was very rude and not helpful at all. His customer service was crummy and he did not try to help resolve the situation. I do not recommend this location and will be calling corporate.

This wing stop is suppper clean the food omg! Is delicious very fresh and hot. Awesome customer service, other thing me an co-workers love about this place is. There is this cashier guy not only he is very nice but, he is always singing to the music it’s just so amazing seeing someone that happy while working! I give this place a 10.
