Discounts discontinued and price hikes. Who are they showing goodwill to? The CEOs?

I live nearby (in Powell) so I have been in here a lot, to donate and to shop/browse. It's not easy to donate. They often won't even let me bring donations in the front door. They say to drive around back. My husband I went around back there twice. We didn't see anything/anywhere to donate. It was also after dark, and it's really not a good idea to drive around behind a strip mall after dark even in a "safe" area. It may be different now with the limited hours, but like I said, we never found anywhere to donate despite being sent out the door and instructed by an employee to go back there. There are also a lot of really aggressive shoppers here. I've been driving a half hour to Ohio Thrift on Broad St. to donate/shop. They have a bigger selection and it's a much bigger store so you don't have people on you all the time (who are probably all re-sellers that don't live here so it's creepy).

This Goodwill is extremely low (especially) in cost and has a wide variety of excellent attire. However, the older lady that works there with the gray hair, wears glasses and maybe in her 70s, I think her name is Sue. She’s very rude and makes up her own rules as she goes along. You would almost believe she was the owner. She’s very pushy and overbearing! You have to keep an eye on her because she overcharges on items and always forgets to give the discount. She’s too uptight! I respect seniors and I realize she needs to abide by certain rules, but being nasty and rude doesn’t count!

No, we are not currently doing home pickups.
Assist Goodwill Industries in maximizing their return for their time spent. Pack items you know have a higher value in a separate box with an print out of any research on the specific item you may have located on the Internet. For sets that are packed in multiple boxes, mark the boxes as being part of a set, each with a print out of the research. For higer value per items like this or collectibles, notify the attendant at the drop off location of something beyond the normal used clothing donations. Don't donate non-working stuff or trash. Goodwill is able to conduct online auctions for items that don't fit into their mix of goods at their retail stores.
The only goodwill in powell is the 1 beside krogers. There is 1 off 750 in lewis center and 1 on sawmill parkway in dublin
