Been seeing this place all over TikTok decided to take a girls trip . It’s not giving . This is something to do just to get out the house with the little kids . Not much to do , not a large menu to order from for food , as far as the bar I got a strawberry margarita it was good I left tipsy . If you’re not going to use the seating don’t purchase the chairs . It was a waste of money. I didn’t utilize it . Overall my experience wasn’t good because I was looking for a different outcome , i’m not saying don’t go but if you consider going it’s more of a family outing with children . For the price I would recommend going to aquatica . The young guy helping with kayaking and paddle boarding wasn’t so helpful , The lady at the bar was very friendly

Nice place to relax and have fun in the sun. Pool looks well taken care of. I liked the beach island with palm trees and beach lounger right in the middle of the pool. They also have have a huge and small slide, and for the price of $12.00 you can go and have fun in the obstacles course for about "30" minutes. They provide life vests. There is a swim up bar, 2 food trucks, and several areas to seat and eat. They also had a place where you can order food. The food choices could be better. I did like the salad. Bathrooms were clean, shower areas were also clean.

Visited with family. The price to get in was $30 per person. We went on a Monday. However, we paid for an 8 person Cabana $200 that didn't fit 8 people. Please fix this. The food trucks had good food. Made fresh to order. If it rains, your day is ruined. You have to get out the water and wait until it's over. No food or drinks allowed in. They check your bag. Cute place, but I don't know if I will visit again.

I chose to go here instead of beach. It wasn't bad I got premium seating in VIP area has separate area to swim not big but enjoyed myself. Pic below of area. It was busier over where most of the happenings were. Only saw 1 food truck. I got chicken fingers and fries from lagoon menu was pretty good came with 5 tenders. I did see several people in my area with bathing suit bottoms that were not allowed. Stayed several hours and left when it was crowded. I might go again.

it's now open to the public for a special of 10$ a person on their website
This is Vicki, the Epperson Lagoon Tour Manager and unfortunately you cannot bring any coolers into the lagoon. We encourage you to bring in water and each of our restrooms (we have 3 sets) has a water bottle filling system.
I'm interested please prices for people and days Q opens thanks
This situation has been corrected you can use the number
Saddlebrook resort ( air bnb), Fairfield Inn and Suites, Hilton Garden, Hyatt place. Saddlebrook is the closest if your looking for location. The other hotels are near restaurants, ice skating rink, an outlet mall and shipping center.
They gud up to 1 year!
This is Vicki, the Epperson Lagoon Tour Manager. The Sand Bar is our swim up tiki bar and it is open!! Drink prices depend on what liquor or beer you choose. We have 2 food trucks that are here (not always at the same time) that have hot dogs, nachos, cubans, and more. The prices range from $3 to $12.
Yes, we are open to public everyday with limited entrance. Your best bet is to get tickets online to be guaranteed access . $10/person..
People living in the Epperson community are residents
Rigjt now there are not plans for public memberships. Though tbere likely will be as the development matures.
$ 35 and $ 28 children !! You must buy a ticket in advance online because you run the risk that that day if it is full they will not let you pass !! There is a limit
No you can rent one, I believe it was around $24 or $25
Wack
You can bring your beach umbrella, towels, sunscreen, one pool noodle per person, and water toys, they have food truck in the lagoon
Unfortunately, no coolers. I saw some folks with small personal snacks, but I don’t think it’s typical.
You must arrive before 9am, I recommend 8am
It has a water slide that is free and has covered seating. Other than that if you don't want to pay nothing special
It's maintained like any pool, to my knowledge
Yes, just ask any of the friendly folks that work there.
To be fair, I think the food and drink options - and prices for those - are the only good things about this glorified swamp. The amenities cost a fortune (like the water slide), the water is dirty and gross (you can't see a foot in front of you underwater), and the armed guards in black doing bag checks and patrolling the grounds like it's a military base are all put offs. I avoid it like the plague. But it's cool if you like paying extra for a beach chair, dealing with fighting teenagers, swimming in glorified bath water, all while eating an affordable chilli dog... Then this swamp is for you.
This is Vicki, the Epperson Lagoon Tour Manager. The lagoon is great for kids of all ages even if you're a kid at heart!
$10/person 3 and over. Open to public with limited admission starting April 9th
Is it even open to the people who live I the community last I heard it was still closed
it will be open to the public.
This is Vicki, the Epperson Lagoon Tour Manager. You unfortunately cannot bring in your own kayak, but we have plenty of kayaks and paddleboards for you to rent for an hour at a time. The entry price is $20 plus tax for ages 3 and up. We hope to see you soon!
They are aiming for Memorial Day Weekend (same weekend the community's grand opening), not set in stone yet
No.
No
It is not necessary to reserve, you can buy your tickets at the entrance.
In the Epperson Lagoon regulations it says: Height and weight requirements may apply on certain water sport & recreational activities. Check their website and there you will find more information about it.
No, they do not allow food or drinks from outside the place and those from there are expensive.
No. You can not bring drinks/outside food nor your own umbrellas. Umbrellas need to be rented online to get umbrellas
It's just to spend the day, greetings
Get there real early at least 20 min b4 opening
It closes at 4 for guests and reopens at 5 for residents only.
Yes
Day passes are for the entire day & you can come @ anytime and go as you please, but the may check your band upon re- entry.
Not to my knowledge.
no
No. The areas are separated by activity (kayak, paddle board, private section, etc) but isn't an Olympic style pool.
Yes. The only days they list as being closed is Christmas and Thanksgiving
You do not need reservation.
Save your money and go to a waterpark! Its not worth what you spend. This is a community pool for residence that they opened to public to get money to finish it! If it rains they close and it rains almost everyday in Florida. You would have more luck getting a meeting with Biden than getting a rain check ticket!
Walk ins for adults were like $40, then $35 online
Umm idk try calling Is corporate
I'm pretty sure u can but i would definitely double check & call or email them.
No
You can't bring your own umbrella but their rentals are reasonable priced and they do have some shaded areas
Yes you can bring your own chair but you shouldn't need it.
No food and only 1 bottle for each person. Bars and food trucks available.
I went recently and it was 35
If date isn't available then you would not be able to pay for it
They have food trucks that come out, I'm not sure if they change them out daily but there were some good ones when I was there. They even had freshly made donuts
I know its a late response didn't see it. T.I.A Tampa International Airport hope it's still useful info enjoy. I recommend visiting downtown Tampa's River walk, Ybor city and all it has to offer. And St.pete's pier and the Clearwater beach pier.
Online purchases the ticket costs $ 25.00 per person
It's on GROUPON
Actually you have a year from purchase to use them
VIP area is pre reserved, so Yes. We got the floating space for 10 people and was so fun ($250). And is better reserve all activities you want to do. All costs are low. Kayaks $10 all day. Floating slides ($10) an hour just for groups.
If it is only for one day, the tickets are not expensive
Hi are your wanted to know about Lagoon? Go to https://lagooninformation.com/
There are no hotels at the Lagoon but they're not too far away. I live in Florida so we didn't need a hotel. For adults it's $24.95 children $22.95
5-10 minutes
A bucket of beer and 4 frozen drinks ran us $60. Designated area for smoking.
No pets allowed.
I'm pretty sure it's $10 plus tax but it's raining here. May want to wait for a better day.
Hi Pam, The Lagoon at Southshore Bay is not open yet! Keep checking back for updates!
Yes
Online, go to their page and there you find everything
They are open. Not sure if its year round.
$24.95 for adults $22.95 for children. All the info is on the website.
It does not have any extra surcharge, my brother-in-law bought them online from New York and they came out at the same price
The entrance only entitles you to the pool and the giant slide, but the boats and diving boards in the center of the pool are only worth $ 10 per hour, it is worth it and will be enjoyed by adults and children👍👍
They have lots of chairs there. I don't believe canopys are allowed
once you're inside of the Lagoon you have access to everything that the residents have access to the only thing is the residents get to come in over you and they only sell a certain amount of tickets to the public but as far as swimming areas and activities it's all the same for everyone there the prices are different for residents as well nothing major where we pay $10 they have to pay 8$ where something maybe 25$ for us it's only 12$ for them but I promise you it will be worth it the band the food no matter which truck you pick the big blue slide is free all day but you have to try the obstacle course
Chlorinated I think
They're open 7 days a week 10 am to 9 pm, but they do have a limited amount of slots, so you'll need to buy your ticket or tickets early or you may miss out on that particular day. You can visit the website and find out how many slots are open for whichever day you would like to go and you can also purchase your tickets there as well.
You may want to call
You can use both cash and credit at the entrance and inside for food and drinks
Yes you can leave and come back. I believe your paying for a daily pass.
Not enough people peeing to n the water this time of year. Wait a couple months.
Your allowed to go in for lunch without paying their daily fee
Its only $15 for the weekdays and $20 weekends so on Tuesday admission is $15. Drinks average around $10 for adult or $3 soda and they mainly have sandwiches or hotdogs for $5 to $9.
If a nonresident.. $20 a head to walk in. The water activities are extra.. There are a couple food trucks and a bar. Fun for a visit... But I prefer the real Florida. But!!.. To each their own.. And it was fun .. Just dont expect all you see in commercials..
This is Vicki and I'm the Epperson Lagoon Tours Manager. If you have purchased tickets online and unable to use them, they are good for any day!
They do allow you to bring in a glass of water. I bring in my 36 ounce stainless steel cup filled with water with no problem.

$5/guest unless you use a guest pass
You can tell when you are getting in the deep water as it goes from concrete bottom to vinyl liner smooth bottom. I am 6'2" and it gets well over my head.
No outside coolers, food or drinks. There are food vendors Tampa Sammich (great cubans), Chuck's hotdogs and Kona ice, plus a bar and a Lagoon retail shop.
$10 for obstacle course for 45 minutes
This is Vicki, the Tour Manager from Epperson lagoon. You are required to wear a life vest when out on the WiBit, the obstacle course on the water. If you are a minor, you are required to take one with you on the paddleboards and kayaks.

As of right now only beer and wine are sold. Ranges from $4 to $6 ... once main bar opens we will be a full service bar with liquor. Daily drink specials.
No I believe the tickets are day by day as pricing changes and there is a limit on guests per day.
Yep $10. 00 to get in the door. All water activities are extra.
It's open to the public now my daughter works for the pool company that works there all day long. Entrance fee right now is 10.00 for the public but it will go up to 25.00 later down the line. You can bring a cooler with your lunch with soda and water but you have to leave it at the car you can go in and out all day. There's food there you can rent kayaks and paddle boat and you pay extra to do the over the whip it which is a water course. There's a lot more
It isn't opened to the public yet. Just for residents.
They are still working on that. But it soon to come.
Work there a lot during the week it is not open yet
The HOA fee is pity reasonable since most of the cost is in your CDD . So take a good look at your CDD since that is a big portion to justify the lower HOA fee.
It will be
It isn't open to the public yet.
Read the HOA documents carefully.
Not open yet
It is open. The price on the grand opening was 10.00 but it was for that day only.
Not open yet
It's designed to be used by residents of the neighborhood, so keep that in mind if you plan on swimming there. Not sure what kind of security they have if any
I'm not sure I'm an electrician that works out there occasionally
Not sure I worked for the engineering and design firm that designed the MPUD
