The site says 10am session do I have to be there at 10 or can I go whenever fits me.

Day passes are for the entire day & you can come @ anytime and go as you please, but the may check your band upon re- entry.

When ever is fine

Open at 10 for all day. Sessions only apply to the obstacle course and kayak and paddle boards.

They open at 10. You can go any time

Sorry but as soon as I got there I ended up having to leave I never really made it inside
