I am new to the area. I have been searching for a family dentist who provides the same warm comforting feeling as I had back home in NC. My 1st stop was Wiregrass Family dentist. I walked in right at closing just to get a feel for the environment. I was greeted by Errin who was patient, professional and answered my questions. She also booked my appointment. Although it was check out time, I didn’t feel rushed. I have been satisfied with the svcs provided and the warm welcome. I’ve even had billing questions and concerns and they were answered with professionalism and courtesy. I recommend Wiregrass Family Dental Care.

So, I had originally left a horrible review because of my last visit experience. In fact, I really wanted to change practices. However, someone called me to ask for another opportunity. I feel everyone deserves a second chance. She was very sincere in her apology, so I gave it to them. Everything went perfectly. My hygienist from Venezuela, I wish I could remember her name, was fantastic. They should definitely keep her around. I would give 5 stars, but they will have to earn that back on the next visit. I was also just a little disappointed that the doctor didn't call me herself, as I had requested. I understand she is very busy, but so am I. Would only have taken a minute. Well, at least I am appreciated by the hygienist. She was great.

The staff at Wiregrass Family Dental are wonderful. Starting with the front desk, the Ladies are always friendly, patient and professional. They are always willing to work with me to get an appointment that works with my schedule. And if there are any questions regarding insurance coverage or billing, they patiently assist me in clarifying any issues. And of course the Hygienist are awesome as well. I have had the same one for several past visits. She always remembers me and is so friendly and funny. She makes the visit very enjoyable. But most importantly, she does such a thorough job with the cleaning. I’m always very pleased with the results. I’m assuming the name “Family Dental” implies that they accept patients of all ages. But to me, “Family Dental” refers to how they make me feel like “family”.
