Disrespectful definitely not for anyone who is looking for a real change long lasting change family Members are treated like children or as they belong in the the program clinical leader is a joke no structure please if you are so much as donating for this program please a investigation should and must be conducted we need people that really care make a difference in these woman lives aggression is not the way.

love it there I donate all the time as well as I use their food pantry and Pet Supply Closet people are very friendly there I love them great place to go if you need help or information

No. It's food. You can call and ask them for shelters though. They will try amd help you out.

Yes they do like people to make appointments. Mainly because they have limited staff and want to give each case thier full attention. I recommend that you call first thing in the morning.
Its not toys for tots but they do do gifts
I'm not sure if they do. But they are very nice and helpful, they could possibly point you in the right direction if they can't help. You could also try the Spanish American center in Leominster as well (they are very helpful as well)!
Call the office tomorrow, and they will determine what assistance they might be able to provide.
