What. Great organization. The bike tour was outstanding. Guides were very friendly. Took the time to get to know us and where we were from. Very informative information about the town as we stopped and various spots alone the ride. When it was over. They thanked us personally and remembered the states we came from. Our family had a fantastic time with Bob and Gary as our tour guides. Their knowledge and enthusiasm was evident throughout the morning. We loved how they connected with everyone in the tour group. The bike-friendly route gave us a great opportunity to see more of Boston and they gave us many great recommendations on things to do/see after the ride. We highly recommend the City View Tour for a wonderful way to experience Boston with top notch tour guides!

I had a good friend visiting me from San Diego and I thought this would be a fun, different way to show her Boston. We had a blast!! Charles was our tour guide and he was fantastic. He was raised in the city and has been working in the Boston area his whole life so he had a lot to share with us. We rode all over the city...in a safe, fun way....and really got a feel for the beautiful city. I would highly recommend this as a fun half day activity to do so you can get a better feeling of how gorgeous Boston is.

Recently my girlfriend left her Cannondale bike for tune up in this business and they broke the derailleur hanger claiming that they intended to align it. Which is curious because the bike hasn’t been used lately and the previous tune up was in the same place and they said nothing about the piece last year. They did not took responsibility for their mistake and besides that they treat her in a terrible way. They intended to charge $20 just for ordering the piece, $35 for the install and whatever the piece was worth. If she left her bike in good conditions and they broke it, why does she has to pay to repair something that wasn’t broken and was not even unaligned??? That’s clearly taking advantage of a client and the way the situation happened and what they said was really wrong. Just because we are not native English speakers and woman doesn’t give them the right to treat us this way. I definitely do not recommend this place. Take care of your bikes somewhere else if you don’t want to get a call telling you that your bike needs extra work = extra money when there’s no need.
