No reservation necessary to walk around the showroom, but appointments to talk with the design representatives are encouraged or they don't come over to help you. Before we went, I couldn't reach anyone at the store or operator by phone. The website chat couldn't help me with the showroom availability. Have to make appointments on the website and in my case the next available date was 20 days away. So we took a chance and drove over anyway. Once we arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and said we could walk around and look over anything. The store is huge! Things grouped together by brand. Filled to the brim with all kinds of lights, vanities, fixtures & bath furniture. It's a great place to get ideas and see how things really look in person, so it's worth it. You can order anything at the showroom on the main website. I'm glad we went.

David B has been absolutely amazing in assisting with choosing and ordering pieces for our bathroom redo. Due to schedules (ours), we've done everything online and over the phone, and I don't feel any disadvantage vs. being face-to-face in the showroom. David has been extremely responsive to ALL of my questions, has had great input and suggestions, and has just been generally one of the best salespersons I've worked with. Can't say enough good things about him!

Allison has been VERY helpful. I order all the fixtures for 2.5 bathrooms and for kitchen. She ordered everything correctly, she has been working and answering all my doubts and questions very quickly. When the delivery came, I inspected all and got some articles damaged and she automatically replace them in a very proactive and quick way. She has also answered my mails on weekends. I will recommend her and to buy in Ferguson 100%.

We just walked out of the showroom after looking around for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Another customer walked in and a rep immediately walked past me , greeted them and starts asking about what they’re looking for! I didn’t mind waiting for help but 2 reps were at a desk having personal conversation and then the interaction with the other customer took place right in front of me. It’s eye opening that in 2021 Black People still get ignored in many stores. I guess our money isn’t the right color either.
