Truly “The Place With The Helpful Hardware Folks”! They are incredibly well staffed, and you won’t be in the store 5 seconds before someone offers knowledgable assistance. The store is much bigger than it appears from the outside and not only do they have all hardware needs covered, they also offer extras like pool and pet supplies. Highly recommended!

A employee that will go by the name Karen works here. Let me preface this by saying I’m a brown man my girlfriend is white with tattoos. I go here ALL THE TIME. first time I felt “followed/discrimination.” We went to buy a set of WiFi bulbs that were originally on sale. Found them not on sale but for 25$ on the shelf. We decided, well let’s just get them anyway that’s a decent price. Bring them to the register. They ring up for 40$ ? My girlfriend politely says they are 25$ listed on the shelf. Karen decides to say “it’s definitely not.” Ask for a price check. Guy checks comes back says yes 25$. Karen makes him go back look up some item number to confirm the product and it’s different? Yet the whole stock of products were the same. Karen’s snarks and says “yea it’s 40$”. I mean check the cameras. Really, do it. We decide to leave with a 4$ extension cord we needed for our house. I felt VERY uncomfortable and treated as if I was discriminated upon. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks y’all.

I go here constantly, good inventory, very helpful staff, and the Sthil ambassador is very helpful. Once the staff even found and kept safe something very important I accidentally left behind. I highly recommend this store.

They are well stocked and if they don't have it, they'll point you to an ACE that has what you're looking for. They are *friendly* and *helpful* which is something that I can't find in any of the 'big' stores. When I had a project I needed help with, I came to this Colonial ACE Hardware, and 'Berkie' helped me solve my problem and walked me through what to do, and pointed me directly to the supplies I needed. I'd found a perfect clothes rack, but it didn't roll! Berkie helped me figure out how to get wheels on it, and now it rolls and is MUCH more useful!! Thank you and I'll bring my business back here whenever I can.
