I am very disappointed with doctor Mittol he makes me very uncomfortable he makes more depressed than he helps me I wish that I can change the doctor I ask so many times this office doesn’t even care about people need help I can’t believe how doctor Mittol argue with me most of the time is very sad I wish that I go to the place that takes my insurance so I don’t have to make my self put down like this anymore ..!!!

when it takes a month to get an appointment, it really because there is a natiinal shortage of psychiatric providers. I don't think these providers won't see patients if they have time. Google all the mental health treatmment center, most of them have very low score on review. It's not the docs and nurse are heartless. It's really the combination of how insurance works and the shortage of providers. After all, health care is very expensive in America. It's not the providers' or patients' fault. it's the system.

If there was a choice for no starts thats what they would get i have called everyday for over a month and have left pver a dozen voice mails to get an apoibtment made fpr gelp n have gotteb zero call backs!!!

I've been a patient here for many years. But just recently the receptionist. Have been very lacks in their job. They forgot to call the doctor or therapist your waiting for them or they double book an appointment and I went down their for nothing. Thankfully both those receiptionists have left or got fired. The new ones their I hope are better trained.
