I absolutely love my therapist. She really does her job so well from my point of view. Yes, the office part was not professional for a bit as far as returning calls for appointments. Recently it has been much better which is why I changed my 3 star rating to 5. I don’t know the reason for the previous poor service (anyone and any business can have a rough time) but happy now that it has turned around. Thank you!

Got reffered by my doctor a month ago and have called and left messages twice now and no returned phone call. I even went as far as showing up in person, filled out paperwork and was told i would get a call back and its been another 2 weeks since then and STILL NO CALL BACK. Theres no way possible to even get through to talk to anyone. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Like come on, we are talking people that need professional help and they have no decency to call back or anything for that matter. Then i look at the reviews and im not the only one. Absolutely amazing they run their business that way..

Making an appointment here as a new patient is very difficult. I had to give my intake information 2 times. The second time I waited for several more days and decided to call back. I was then told that they could not schedule me based on requesting evening hours. It would have been nice to have been followed up to receive the information. This process took over 2 weeks.
