Went in and the workers were nice and doing their best to be helpful, but then the assistant manager Jessica, stepped in and was so rude the entire time I worked with her. She got what I needed done, but had little patience for what I needed or wanted for shipping to my organization’s board members.

I walked in to ship out a rug and two employees at the counter just glared at me. One said "I can't ship it out like that" since I had just taped it up the best I could--I don't have access to an industrial shrink wrap machine. Yes FedEx, I want you to pack it and get it ready to ship...that's what I'm paying you for. Unpleasant experience.

I normally don't have a problem with this place but today the assistant manager couldn't do a simple job. Normally I go onto the fedex office app And send over a document to print. Even though it says it won't be ready for hours later I'll just walk in and print it immediately and I leave. Today the manager refused to just print off my document or give me an option to print quicker. So i just canceled my order and went elsewhere.

As an artist I am picky about who and how my artwork is printed, as well as how accurately the image will transfer to hard copy. I was immediately helped when I walked in. Bryan and Justin offered me many options and were patient as I carefully chose. The team proved to me that they cared about my prints as much as I did, and walked me through every step to ensure I was happy to pay for my service. I have found my permanent place of business for all my art needs. Thank you so much.
