The doctor and other staff were amazing but the receptionist at the front desk was ridiculously rude. My daughter and I waited for 2 hours when I noticed another patient being called back that checked in after my daughter. I asked the receptionist if we were properly checked in, she asked for our name and responded very rudely advising that she didn’t see our name. I told her that we had been waiting for 2 hours when she interrupted me and objected saying no we haven’t. The receptionist would not let me talk, she interrupted me during every statement with a nasty response and eye rolling. She told me we would just have to wait until the other 8 people who were there after us were seen. I had gotten off of work and went straight there with my 2 year old and we both were exhausted. It was almost 10pm and we had been waiting since 7:30. This went on for about 2 minutes before another staff member came and told the receptionist that we should go next because she’s seen us waiting for a while. That staff member was very apologetic and super kind. The doctor was also great and apologetic. The receptionist (which I will call to get her name later) will cause this office serious issues with not only her lack of empathy but her very rude and nasty behavior.

Prepare for a longer wait than buying a car. We were told it was a 2 hour wait, they would call us 15 minutes before. So we went home. They called us 1.5 hours later. We got back to the office and waited another 20 minutes, got put in a room and then waited another hour. Total wait time 3.25 hours. All of which we could have stayed home and waited. Why did they call us back, just to sit in a room with nothing on the wall, a broken TV and no windows. For an hour! There wasn't even cheap elevator music playing. Just sit in silence for an hour. Not to mention they force everyone to wear face diapers, that do nothing! Literally, everyone was waiting outside, instead of sitting their waiting room. If you want to sit in a poorly lit room, with no windows, no sound, no music, no TV and wait 3.5 hours for a Doctor, with a face diaper restricting your breathing, this place is a must visit!! When we asked to wait in the car, they told us we could not. The place looks like a psych ward.

The place was clean and the front office staff was very friendly and nice. The nurses and Doctor we saw were extremely friendly and we liked her a lot. The wait time for the Doctor was long , we waited an hour, but it was understandable as it is a walk in facility with no appointments and there were a lot of patients that evening. I would definitely bring my children back if needed.

Todays visit was great. In and out in under 45 minutes. I was one of the first to arrive. Staff was nice, the doctor was nice and did her thing. I made plans to be there before they opened as I know sometimes there can be a long wait time. This is an after hours care facility so many parents will be bringing their sick kids here versus the ER; so expect to wait. It's first come first serve so please don't expect it to always go quickly. Be patient. This place is great and they will take care of your baby no matter the age.
