The printing center associate TESSA !!!!! I just wanted to recognize her! When I tell you she went over above and beyond her job description today !!! I mean that !! Not only was she busy .. but keep her line moving quickly. She went out of her way to make my day and my things special … She had the best customer service.. She touched my heart in so many ways just by going out of her way . She cares about the people she serves. I can’t praise or thank her enough for the things she did for me today… yeah it’s a printing center.. wow right .. it’s not .. it’s the people that make the difference… She is amazing and if I were her manager.. I’d be thanking her !!!! Kudos to TESSA a and her printing team and center !!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Had a bad experience in the print department at this location. Lisa a sales associated rudely interrupted my conversation with another sales associate, never offered an apology, continued to be rude and unprofessional I eventually had to get management involved.

Print department is amazing. Interacted with three different team members throughout the day and they were all great. First, I had to call them to ask if I could add tabs into my binder they were making because I forgot to do it and they said yeah that they would wait for me and come in and add them and they would bind it. While I was there, the team member offered to let me use their labeling machine to make sure my binder looked presentable without me even asking. Then, they called me later because they thought they saw an error in the book and they wanted me to come and verify the order of the printing to make sure there are no errors. Just above and beyond
