Just stopped in to try to mail an Amazon return. There was a handwritten sign on the door that said "20 minute break, be right back." The door was ajar and there were people inside with two girls working so I went in. The workers were very irritated and said something to the effect of, "Pople keep coming and we aren't trying to be rude but we need a break." Then they asked me to go shut the door entirely so people don't come in. I get it. I get that the world is shortstaffed but when you have two people working, I imagine you could alternate break times or at the very least be mindful of your facial expressions, eye rolling, and manner of speech.

Went to ship a package as I’ve done many times before year after year all ways great customer service and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Not today! Girl behind counter was less than friendly and not helpful at all. Couldn’t finding previous shipping history so I left a bit frustrated. I came back later for second attempt to ship my package.Again same girl only took seconds and I again was told of changes and charges . After asking for clarification and stating that I never did this before in the past years and she said I don’t know who worked here before me but I’m sure you did essentially calling me a liar. I was upset she has zero customer service skills and was simply unhelpful and rude . I won’t be using that store again and this was on a house account that we have used for years. .

This UPS store provides you with fraudulent information. I paid over $100 for overnight shipping just for the package to not be shipped overnight. I’ve also never been to a store where the employees don’t wear their name tags, especially if they opened the store first and they’re the only one working. This store also doesn’t answer phone calls whatsoever. Don’t waste your time here.

No mask required Service dog friendly 🐕‍🦺 Mostly Wheelchair accessible ♿️ We just left The UPS Store at 11:56 tue January 11th The Woman who helped us out wearing glasses and short hair was really nice. I liked her she was helpful. The other woman with long hair was sort of rude she doesn't have great people skills if you ask me. She seemed Moody. The dig Machine does not work just taking up space. It should be removed so people in Wheelchairs 👩‍🦼 can move around more freely.
