This is not a review about the beautiful architecture of the building, this is an honest review of the STAFF working in specifically office 202. JELANI was immediately RUDE to me, I was coming to get a residence parking pass as I just moved to the area and it is only 2hr parking M-F without this pass. Ie. YOU WILL BE TICKETED WITHOUT ONE. JELANI told me that I needed more than one document to prove residency even though the application explicitly said "JUST ONE" He was thrilled to use the iota of authority that he has to send me away. I got the extra document and came right back. again, i need this pass. I was thankful to get the lady this time. I did not catch her name. BUT OMG. 10,000x WORSE. She spoke to me like a child, she would not let me speak - simply kept shushing me "Bear with me now" "Be patient with me now" as she LITERALLY REPEATED HERSELF OVER and OVER saying the same unhelpful things. The lease I brought had my maiden name and OF COURSE SHE MADE THIS A HUGE PROBLEM. EITHER WAY I LEFT WITHOUT A PARKING PASS AND I WANTED TO BURN THE BUILDING TO THE GROUND BY THE TIME I LEFT! Take a xanax before you go, YOU WILL NEED IT!!!!!

Clerks office was really helpful in finishing up a friends marriage certification. They held the ceremony in the back garden and were patient with the slight language barrier

The most comforting part of visiting a place where kindness & respect is one of the best gestures. Of all common is the common gesture that builds alliances good businesses non unreasonable bias relationships that leads to nothing. Instead To something more. Albany has these good qualities that follows

City Hall is a landmark in and of itself. It's the only building with a clock tower. Next to the the Supreme Court Building, which is behind the "Million Dollar Staircase", adjacent to the Empire State Plaza. There's a statue out front of Albany City Hall that stands alone, past Academy Park.
The City Clerk can probably answer that question or direct you to the right person. (518) 434-5090
Best bet is to contact the City Clerk, Danielle Gillespie. (518) 434-5090
Bureau of vital statistics Albany City Hall should be able to help you
You can stop in to the City Clerk's office (rm. 202). I obtained a physical copy of the application, which I could scan and email to you (or directly give to you in person). There is also the possibility that the form can be found on the City's website.
I believe I saw something about pick-up on the 25th, which would imply New Year's Day. I'm not certain about this, so I would advise putting your trash out regardless on Monday night. I will work on and get back to you about which holidays on which days constitute a delay.
For a copy of a birth certificate, go to vital statistics on the mezzanine floor, its the M on the elevator
