I love where I live! It’s safe, the residents are friendly, the property is well maintained. The maintenance team are always outside working hard and if you ever have any questions, they are always available to help. The property manager and her staff are warm and friendly and are always available to answer any questions. There’s really nothing negative about the place, if you have kids, there’s plenty of kids to play with, if you’re worried about safety, there’s security at the gate, and if you’re looking for a quiet place to live.. you’ll find it here. Location is perfect.

Great place to live at a very convenient location. Well maintained gated community. It's very quite and peaceful. Condos seem to be in good condition as well. Some also offer garage option which is needed if you have tons of stuff. Resort style pools and private balconies are a plus. Security can be a hassle sometimes if you are not used to it. But after all this is for us and I feel good knowing this is a well maintained secure place to live considering so many factors.

It's inside Tampa Palms, which is a plus. It's quiet, but you still see people out and about...walking, jogging. It is safe enough for kids to walk to school and back home. Chiles Elementary School is right behind Oxford Place, so it makes it easy for kids to walk or bike to school and return home the same way. Cops are usually patrolling the neighborhood, which is also good, including during school hours, at drop-off and pick-up. I wish that every condo, though, came with a garage. I own mine, but my unit did not get a garage (with that said, there's plenty of parking spots, so it's not an issue, really).

Oxford Place is a very quite neighborhood that is well maintained. It has a play area for children. The staff is excellent. There is on site property management and maintenance crew. Common area problems are fixed promptly when they occur. Common areas are kept clean. I have lived here for two years and never felt unsafe.
