Went here twice. First night we order at a stall. They where worry more with the people in drive through then the other peoples order. We waited 30 minutes for our order. They had the nerves to bring out a melted shake try to say the ice cream machine wasn't working it was hot then why would you bring us out one if the machine is not working. They should had refunded my money. Second day. Stop and got us a Sonic Blast the person that tock the order didn't even understand what we wanted. Got to the window example to girl at the window she didn't understand what I wanted. I order two Sonic Blast one Reese's and one Oreo cookie dough and a small tater tot how hard is that to understand. They kept giving me one sonic blast with the Reese's cups and then they charge me extra for the Oreo cookie dough. After the girl finally understood what I wanted she went and got the manager the manager understood what I wanted but the manager had the nerves to keep my money from the extra charge they charge me from the extra Oreo cookie dough that I didn't order. What kind of manager is that if she can keep my $2 that they charge me extra from what else is she doing?

Went to get two sonic blasts today. After we received our ice cream we decided we wanted more toppings because it seemed like they were lacking. We asked if we could receive more toppings and were told it would be $2.50 we thought that was a little much but decided to pay. When we asked for a receipt we were told by the manager (Marisol) that they actually had to charge us for a small blast?! We were confused on why are we being charged for small blast when all we asked for was extra toppings. She immediately gave an attitude and said that’s how they do it and if we want it or not? Very unprofessional for someone who’s supposed to set an example to her employees as a manager but we decided on the refund and left. Just be AWARE always ask for a receipt at this location so you don’t get scammed.

Consistently the worst customer service. You’ll wait at the drive-up docs for 20+ minutes without service on a less-than-busy evening. If you’re fortunate to get your order, you’ll likely receive it from scowling disgruntled employee. You’ll have rude staff not honor your pre-paid online orders & be refused a refund unlike any other fast food chain. You’ll call customer support & speak to representatives who can’t locate their own storefronts. Emailing support takes a full week for a response. Not much else needs to be said here.

The worst service ever! We sat and waited for our order to be taken. After 20 mins we realize no one was going to tend to us, no one took our order, we said forget this horrible drive-in, we went through the drive-thru, which was just as bad! When on the drive-thru the worker taking our order was not friendly at all. This was not a true Sonic experience! Not coming here again!
