Over 80 rooms were booked for two nights during a wedding event by friends and family members. Rooms are too small. A/C didn’t work properly. Toilets clogged up. No hot water. Too many issues and out dated hotel. I am not sure how Hilton Corporate allows this hotel under their brand.

Decent hotel, available parking, excellent customer service by Allen at front desk who was able to switch out room to a room facing the back and not the highway. If you stay at this hotel with kids and/or you are a light sleeper 2 things to keep in mind. Don’t stay in a room facing the way, also keep in mind the toilet flush in other rooms way too loud and will wake you up. If it wasn’t for Allen excellent service my rating would have been 2, because of him I pushed it to 4!

The room was clean, beds are not comfortable. Shower doors were not sealed properly so water ended up being all over the floor. At 8 am till present time 10:24 it sounds like someone is moving! And dropping heavy furniture. It’s hard enough to get a good sleep as it is because of the comfort of the bed. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I paid for a place to sleep and relax, but This stay was far from that!!! Also, when the room upstairs uses the bathroom you can hear the toilet in the room bubble up as if it’s going to overflow. Room number 403… I would find a different place to relax. I was better off driving an hour and half and going home last night!

This hotel was my haven whenever I had to run away from one of my roommates from hell, haha. Comfortable bed cuddly pillows. Up to date decor. Easy check in and check out. Bathroom has adjustable LED lighting which is nice for doing hair and makeup.
